No Show/Late Notice

For non-emergency situations, we require 24 hour notice for all appointment changes and cancellations. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 100% of the missed service price.
If you fail to give any notice, or “No Show”, you will be charged 100% of the price for the missed service and are not entitled to rebooking.
We reserve the right to refuse service when clients are in violation.

Sickness Cancelations

If you are too sick to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately to cancel. We are willing to reschedule if you have no other options. Please note, that any cancellations severely impact your nail technician’s schedule. We will make every effort to reach a reasonable solution.

Children

Children under 12 are not allowed in the salon. We love kids but please make other arrangements for them during your appointment.

Appointment confirmations

All appointments need to be confirmed with a credit card. This will only be charged if you are in violation of our Late Notice/No Show policy.
